  • 01/06/2025 – Submission deadline extended

    The abstract submission deadline for ECAART 15 has been extended to June 15, 2025. Please note that no further extensions will be granted.

    Notifications regarding accepted abstracts will be sent in the week of July 7, 2025.

    To submit your abstract, please use the official ECAART 15 submission portal: https://ecaart15.ethz.ch/abstracts/.

  • 06/05/2025 – Registration fees, grants, social program, speakers

    We have published new information regarding conference participation. You can find details about registration fees here. Furthermore, we have opened the possibility to apply for student grants.

    List of invited speakers has also been published, and it will be updated as new speakers are confirmed.

  • 01/04/2025 – Abstract submissions are open

    We have activated the online submission system for oral and poster contributions at the ECAART 15 conference.

    Detailed instructions on abstract formatting and access to the submission system are available HERE. Authors will need to create a user profile to access the system. The use of the official abstract template is mandatory. Abstract submission deadline is June 1, 2025, while notifications of accepted contributions will be sent out no later than June 15, 2025.

    Authors of accepted contributions will be invited to submit their research manuscripts to the conference proceedings, which will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B. Manuscript submissions will be opened on September 7, 2025, with a planned submission deadline on February 1, 2026.

  • 28/03/2025 – Info about accommodation options

    We have published information about several hotel options in Zurich, with discount codes for conference participants, offering exclusive room rates and booking conditions. Please note that each hotel has a limited number of discounted rooms, so early booking is recommended. We also encourage participants to check common booking platforms for price comparison.

  • 25/03/2025 – Updates to the conference website

    In the coming days and weeks, the conference website will be updated with important new information and features.

    • The abstract submission system will be activated on April 1st. The submission guidelines are already available.
    • We will provide useful information on accommodation options for the conference dates.
    • Additional details on the conference proceedings, scientific program, and travel grants will be announced soon.
