We are pleased to announce that registration for the conference is now open. Early bird registration with a reduced fee will be possible until the 6th of August 2025 (extended). Please note that participation in the conference will be in person only.
Participants who have submitted an abstract will receive a personalised registration link via email on July 8th. All other participants will be able to register via the registration form published below.
The registration form does not require the creation of a new user profile. See below what is included in the fees. Please also indicate if you will participate in the accompanying activities (conference outing, dinner, visits to Ionplus and PSI). You will also be able to specify food restrictions. The same applies for the registration of the accompanying person. In case of any issues during the registration process, please contact us via ecaart15@ethz.ch.
Once the registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment receipt in your email.
On-site payment will be possible only by credit/debit cards. Amounts are charged in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Additionally, we offer an optional visit to the Paul Scherrer Institute (psi.ch), a central location for Switzerland’s large research facilities. The visit will take place on the final day of the conference, following the conclusion of the official program. Participants can opt in for the visit through the conference registration form. Please note that capacity is limited to 70 participants. An additional fee will be charged to cover transportation costs.
- Included in the regular and student fees: access to all scientific sessions, the conference bag with a book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, weekly public transport ticket for the city of Zurich, the conference outing (trip) and the conference dinner.
- Student registration is available for Undergraduate, Graduate and Ph.D. Students only. Upload of the student status proof (id) will be required through the conference registration form.
- The accompanying person program includes the welcome reception, the conference outing, the conference dinner and the weekly public transport ticket for the city of Zurich.
- Day pass fee includes access to scientific sessions of the chosen day, as well as lunch and coffee breaks. Multiple day passes can be purchased per participant.
