The conference proceedings will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B (Elsevier B.V.). Submission of a manuscript implies that it is original work that has not been previously published or considered for publication elsewhere.

Authors of accepted contributions are invited to submit manuscripts for publication in the proceedings. All papers will undergo peer review and must be prepared according to the Guide for Authors of NIM B.
- Submission deadline: March 1, 2026 (extended)
- Manuscript submission opens: September 7, 2025
When submitting your manuscript online at the journal’s submission platform, you will need to select the article type of “VSI: 2024 Proceedings ECAART15”.
There is no page limit per manuscript, but a minimum of 4 pages is required.
