PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Oral presentations:
- Invited talks are 30 minutes long (25 minutes presentation and 5 minutes discussion). Contributed talks are max. 17 min long and 3 min discussion.
- Screen format is 16:9 but 4:3 works properly.
- All the talks should be accompanied by PowerPoint or PDF slides. Please upload the talks to server directly (using te link below) or bring a USB-stick to the conference office for upload at least half a day in advance.
- In order to assign your presentations to the correct session please rename your presentation as follows: ‘program presentation code’_’name of the presenter’ – Example: IBA1-ID-1_Mustermann (the presentation code can be found in the BoA, in the upper left corner of your abstract page.)
Poster presentation:
- Posters must be maximum 120 cm high x 90 wide (portrait orientation). A0 format is preferred: 119 cm high x 84 wide. Fixing material will be provided.
- Please display your poster in the slot assigned with the abstract ID number.
- There will be two poster sessions, the first one will be held on Monday from 16:00 to 18:00 and the second one on Wednesday from 16:00 to 18:00.
- You’ll be invited to put them up during lunch time on Monday and take them down after the 2nd poster session.
- Drinks and snacks will be served during the poster sessions.
